Enigma Adventures was established during October of the year 2000. From small beginnings it grew into a well respected team building company in the team building industry and is known for its excellent service, price and warm heartedness and always looking after the client's interest and needs.
Enigma Adventures is solely owned and run by Stephan Lindeque with the help of a dedicated team of amazing facilitators that help make the company what it is today. All the facilitators for every event are contracted in as the event require. Our facilitators are well spoken and experienced, since they have the greatest impact in helping the groups' spirit and vibe. Through the last couple of years we have worked hard on delivering impeccable service. By taking our clients' needs at heart and listening to their fears and expectations, we are able to present an corporate event that they will never forget. It's due to these factors that we have presented amazing events to a number of companies.
Enigma Adventures can provide every client with a number of team building options and activities to make your day a success. It is all up to you on what you would like and how you would like to apply it into your adventure- team build day. Not only do we give you the option of team building activities, but we can also do an evaluation or training of the group.
Since the beginning of Enigma Adventures we have placed a great amount of emphasis on the safety of our clients and our facilitators. All the team building activities presented by Enigma Adventures have to comply with our criteria before we would consider presenting them to our clients. All criteria have to be met and the team building activity has to score a minimum of 7 out of 10 before an activity will be considered. From the start we have moved away from the so called military team building activities where people are subjected to physical endurance levels.
I have competed on the highest level for South Africa in athletics I know what it requires to be fit and the physical endurance that is required with activities such as military orientated activities. With this in mind I know that 80% to 90% of all our clients are not fit or active enough and this will put them at risk should they try to do such activities. Our aim is to build teams and not discourage them before they have even started. We also provide the option of an onsite paramedic at an extra cost to all our clients should they feel the need.
